Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
• Customized hampers or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
• Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 8-10 business days
• Remote Areas: 10-12 business days
Please note that delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or due to courier delays.
Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
• We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp/SMS to track your package in real time.
Packaging
Our candles are packed securely to avoid damage during transit. Since candles and concrete décor items are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and make each piece unique.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
